We have been open as a physical store since October, 1997. We have had a web store since 1999. We also sell on ebay under the seller names of va_voom & vavoomdesigns.

Orders may be placed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also phone us at 520-432-1540, if we aren't available to take your call, leave a message & we will return your call. We check our answering machine frequently & will call you asap. Money orders & personal checks are accepted as payment, please email us to let us know that you will be paying by mail & please send payment to our po box only. If you send it to our street address, it will be returned by the post office. Personal checks are held 5 business days, if a check fails to clear, we will impose a $25 returned check fee. Money orders ship upon reciept. Please email if you would like to know availablity of an item. We always try to ship items upon reciept of order. We will always email a confirmation of an order. In the event that the order isn't able to ship immediately, we will let you know when you can expect to recieve it. Since we have a physical store location, it generally makes it easier to keep most items in stock at all times. Some items on our website are made to order & therefore aren't kept in stock. We will try to maintain an accurate timeline for these items. Since this is a new website, we don't know what kind of volume to expect. We will update this page as time goes on.

We ship via insured USPS & fedex ground.

The shipping cost for orders over 70 lbs will be added at the best possible rate at the time your order is placed

International Orders

International orders ship via airmail unless otherwise requested. All international customers are responsible for upholding your country's laws, regulations, and expenses related to customs and taxes. Please email for shipping costs before placing an order. We accept money orders & personal check from international customers in us funds only. We are happy to ship overseas, but please be aware that not all shipments can be insured, so is at buyer's risk when this is the case.

We will refund full purchase price of items less shipping costs. For damaged items, please keep all contents of package including packing material & contact your local shipper. You must contact us before returning any item so that we may issue you a return authorization number within 7 days of original purchase. Any package without a return authorization number printed clearly, will not be accepted. No returns on sale items, no returns on worn items. All items must be in the condition they were recieved, ie all tags in place, no cigar or cigarette smoke smells & in saleable condition. Wig returns, see wig order section below. No returns on sale items, no shipping costs are refundable, no international returns.

Wig orders:

If you are unsure of a color or style, please email & I will help you. If you are trying to match a particular color, please send a generous sample of that color to our po box address.

Due to state & federal health regulations, return of wigs are only accepted under the following strict guidelines. Any returned wig that does not fit under our guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

Wig may only be returned if defective or damaged.

Wig must not have been worn. Wig must not have been brushed, combed or cut & must be in "new" condition. Brushing & combing changes the texture of many wig fibers & is easily detectable.

All original tags must be returned with wig. All original packaging must be included with wig. Packaging & wig must arrive back to us intact, exactly how recieved.

The wig must not have been exposed to cigar or cigarette smoke.

Any wig return must be made within 7 days of purchase.

You must first email us for a return authorization.

Damaged items

When damage occurs during shipping, keep all packing material & contact your local shipper for damage claim procedure. It is your responsibility to file claims. We are happy to help you with this procedure if you call or email us.



Cancellation of Orders

We must be notified of your request to cancel your order within 24 hrs of the time it was placed or before it is shipped. Customers may cancel their orders because of the unavailability of the backorderd item or discontinuance of item.
